Accessibility Statement

Stratum Scale LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website and contact us easily.

1. Our Goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We have not had the site independently audited, and we do not claim that every page fully conforms. We treat accessibility problems as defects and fix them.

2. What We Do

  • Use semantic headings, landmarks, and labeled form fields that work with screen readers.
  • Support keyboard navigation, with a “Skip to content” link and visible focus outlines.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and hide decorative images from assistive technology.
  • Respect your device’s reduced-motion setting by turning off decorative animation.
  • Check text contrast and test pages at different zoom levels and screen sizes.
  • Avoid accessibility “overlay” widgets and third-party scripts that can interfere with assistive technology.

3. Known Limitations

  • Legal pages and case studies are available in English only.
  • Some animated examples, such as the call-flow and outreach illustrations, show a process visually; the same steps are described in the text next to them.
  • Websites we link to, including client and partner sites, are run by others and may not meet the same standard.

4. Get Help or Report a Problem

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email contact@stratumscale.com with the subject line “Accessibility.” Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you use, if you are comfortable sharing it.

We will reply within five business days, and we can help you with your request directly by email or phone while we work on a fix.
